Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be posted the following Monday.
- Standard UK delivery is £2.95 with tracking and usually arrives in 2-3 working days via Hermes Delivery Service
- Next day UK guaranteed is £6.95 via Royal Mail tracked & signed for when your order is placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday. Please contact us for a price on next day delivery for orders placed on a Friday for Saturday delivery
- Jersey delivery is £3.95 via Royal Mail tracked & signed for and usually arrives in 2-3 working days
- European delivery is £11.95 via Royal Mail tracked & signed for and usually arrives in 3-5 working days
- International delivery is £20.95 via Royal Mail tracked & signed for and usually arrives in 6-7 working days
- Local delivery is FREE and covers a 5 mile radius from our office address WA1 1EN. We will arrange a suitable date and time using the contact details given at the time your order was placed, unless you tell us otherwise
When purchasing a pre-order piece, any items from our current collection in your shopping bag won't be shipped until the pre-order is ready to be sent. If you'd prefer to receive any current pieces sooner, we suggest placing a separate order.
Once your pre-ordered item is ready to be delivered, we'll send it with the shipping option you selected at checkout. We'll also email you once your order is on its way, so you can track its progress and know when it will arrive.
If you decide that the item you have purchased is the wrong size for you, then you can request a change in size, without having to pay an additional delivery charge for the new item being sent to you. This is providing that you return the original item to us, and you confirm your new size request on the returns form enclosed with your original item. If your exchange request is not in stock, we will inform you immediately, and any refund due will be issued back to you.
Returns / Exchanges
- Returns / exchanges must be received by us within 14 days of the first delivery attempt
- All returns / exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging
- We advise you use a tracked postal service and obtain proof of your postage
- We aim to process refunds within 3-5 business days of receipt of your item(s), minus any postal charges
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used and confirmation will be sent to you
- Cover Appeal is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged, we advise that you take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents
