Delivery & Returns


Delivery

Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be posted the following Monday.  Your order will be sent as standard delivery (unless you tell us otherwise) and will require a signature upon receipt. 

Standard UK delivery is FREE and usually arrives in 2-3 working days.

Next day UK guaranteed is £4.99 (tracked and signed for) when your order is placed by midday.

Please note, next day delivery is not available on orders placed on a Friday as Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed. 

Overseas deliveries please contact us for charges. 

Returns 

Applies to all purchases made through the website, Instagram, Facebook or via our pop up shops.

All requests for exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days of your purchase and you have another 7 days to physically return the item(s) to us. You can contact us through social media, via the contact us form here or email hello@coverappeal.co.uk.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received them with the tags attached and in their original packaging.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and obtaining proof of your postage. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt, minus any postal charge you may have made. You will receive confirmation of your refund via your chosen method of correspondence.
Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.

Cover appeal is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged, we advise that you take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents.
